Job Description
THE JOB
Reporting to the Head of Design & Architecture, you will be responsible for planning and
management of Live Nation venue development and renovation projects during planning
and design phases.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Prepare Consultant RFPs and engage vendors required to support the work.
• Review and level all vendor proposals, capacity, lead time and logistics; provide
recommendation for approval.
• Build schedules for all project activities, assign ownership, and agree timeline with
all stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders as required, including page-turn reviews,
design/constructability reviews, scope coordination, etc.
• Ensure design cadence and schedules are followed, reporting any delays, or
changes to project schedule.
• Provide weekly schedule and progress status updates throughout project to all
stakeholders.
• Manage all owner vendors.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
• You will work closely with a team comprised of cross functional stakeholders from
Live Nation including Project Development, Design & Architecture, Fan/Artist
Services, F&B, Sponsorship, and Premium Sales. You will also work with external
consultant teams.
• You will report to the Head of Design & Architecture.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience that is directly related to the duties
and responsibilities specified.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Experience working on hospitality construction projects, venue related build outs,
expansions and/or improvements preferred.
• Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel domestically to project sites and meetings.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and
Bluebeam.
