Corporate Training Analyst, Global Ethics & Compliance

Job Description

The Role:

The Corporate Training Analyst is a key role to the Global Ethics & Compliance team, with a specific focus in supporting training within Live Nation Entertainment's learning management system (LMS). The primary responsibility for this position will be to create and maintain training modules and/or presentations, troubleshoot/QA, manage training translations, assist management with training requests and requirements from stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities include, in conjunction with the VP of Legal Affairs, Labor and Employment:
• Maintains Box and SharePoint with updated training materials
• Assist with training status reports
• Gathering, updating and monitoring content for training modules
• Participate in the testing of updated training modules
• Maintain training content
• Leverage existing content and identify gaps/needs
• Proofreading communications for brevity, clarity, grammar, and spelling
• Work with Corporate Training team to complete tasks related to LNE's training program

• Ability maintain confidential information
• Experience in training content creation a plus
• Exposure with eLearning software such as Articulate 360, SCORM and Storyline systems or other training software a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Training Development a plus
