Job Description
THE ROLEWe're looking for a Corporate Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic and high energy HR and Recruiting team! As a Technical Recruiter at Live Nation, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and success of our business for 2022 and beyond, through recruiting for Software Engineers, Developers, Marketing Tech, Product Management, Data Scientists, Project Managers, and any other new technical function that comes our way.
You will be responsible for attracting and hiring the best and brightest technical talent for our Corporate divisions through full-cycle recruiting for all levels of positions. You will partner directly with hiring managers and department leaders across business units to align on their ideal candidate profile all the way to hire.
You should be well-versed in effectively sourcing quality candidates on LinkedIn, nurturing and supporting passive technical talent throughout the recruiting process and be confident and comfortable with negotiating and recommending strong offers to bring the highest level of technical talent to the organization with diversity and inclusion at the forefront.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Lead full life cycle recruitment including job description creation & posting, hiring manager communication, candidate submission & relationship management, negotiating offers, generating offer letters, etc.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to develop a strong understanding of department culture and business strategy to present talent profiles that deliver on the hiring needs of the business
• Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and compensation
• Be a subject matter expert on the talent landscape and market to be a consultant to your hiring managers and business units
• Collaborate with the team to creatively source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier technical talent across Product Management, Project Management, Software Engineers, Developers, Data Analytics
• Provide and maintain reporting metrics for Recruiting Manager and Hiring Managers
• Continue ongoing research of competitive landscape and market insights/trends to remain current and relevant in the technical space
• Support and lead other special projects as required
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business, Psychology or related subject preferred
• 3-5 years full life cycle recruiting experience with a focus hiring technology talent
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment
• Previous experience in related entertainment, technology, retail or hospitality industry preferred
• A sound approach and strategy for attracting and connecting with technical talent (i.e. knowing how and where to find them, and getting them to respond to their messages)
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Workday or other applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and management teams on hiring initiatives and to develop an understanding of hiring nuances of the unique business
• Ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced ever-changing culture
• Ability to be independent, organized and creative with your recruiting strategies
• Strong sense of curiosity and an ability to ask questions thoughtfully and thoroughly
• Self-starter with exceptional persistence to excel
• Highly resourceful, creative, collaborative, motivated and driven
• Previous experience streamlining recruiting processes
• Ability to quickly grasp and understand market dynamics and organizations within the industry and/or function specialty
• Ability to work in a team environment
