THE JOB
Our Associate Production Manager works closely in all facets of the Video/Broadcast Production team from beginning to end but is also versed in Experiential and Digital production. As a focus, this manager/coordinator must have knowledge and skills in video production from pre-production all the way to post and delivery. Along with the rest of the GreenLight/Live Nation Studios team, this person should have knowledge of the music world and be able to help tell an authentic story for our brands and clients. We encourage this position to have some experience working with the other production departments to enrich their understanding of storytelling on multiple platforms.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Assist Senior Producer /EP in creating budgets and schedules, pre-production books, coordinating casting and tech scouts, and researching locations
• Assist Producers with Vendor estimates and bids
• Produce/shoot/edit BTS micro-budget projects
• Generate and disseminate Call-sheets, Production Reports, and Maintain shoot schedules
• Distribute, manage and archived talent/appearance releases
• Point person for any outsourced, insourced and in-house post production personnel at GL Studios
• Responsible for finished wrap books on every video and/or GLStudio Project
• Take notes for production meetings and provide summaries

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 1-3 years of experience at Post house or in post-production, in coordinator or similar position
• Editing experience
• Knowledge of all types of VIDEO production for GL Studios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and strong technical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Docs for Business
• Proficient with scheduling through I-cal, Google Cal or any calendar programs for creating project calendars for GL Studios.
• The ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is a must.
