THE TEAM

Ticketmaster's Digital Ticketing team is committed to delivering a first-class experience for fans, users of Ticketmaster's suite of digital ticketing applications and the developers that build and support the features built within. The team designs and delivers a collection of shared components, services, and user experience design and best practices to ensure that Ticketmaster's powerful digital tools are easy to use, integrated, and provide a holistic feature-set to empower a large variety of clients from venues and promoters to sports teams and touring artists.

THE JOB

Associate Product Manager, Global Digital Ticketing will partner across the company and across the globe to identify opportunities to drive client, fan and internal company value through ticket delivery and access control solutions. This person will help to evolve the digital ticketing tools to drive increased fan engagement, security and intelligence, enabling increased ticket sales.

Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution. Drive strategy, rollout, and successful utilization of Ticketmaster's Digital Ticketing capabilities focusing on ticket delivery and access control. Partner with client services, user experience and engineering teams to evolve product for the changing needs to the industry globally.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• As an Associate Product Manager, you'll be working on Enterprise products, driving unification and cohesion for ticket delivery and access control products.
• Manage the feature development and rollout of Ticketmaster's end to end ticket delivery and access control products.
• Motivate a talented team of engineers to deliver iterative value with every product release.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to build a strategic product roadmap.
• Develop feature specifications and acceptance criteria for user stories that are completed comprehensively and on-time.
• Participate in client research to gather client feedback.
• Accelerate value delivery by understanding the needs of the business and incorporating those into the roadmap and each deliverable.
• Develop and track metrics for success, ensuring the team is clear on their objectives every step of the way.
• Take ownership of documentation, demos, and sequence diagrams as tools to manage a complex system of interdependencies.
• Ship stable products and scale them with a focus on quality.
• Prioritize and manage high-level business requirements for both internal and user-facing products and services
• Define and maintain roadmaps for multiple product lines, prioritizing team efforts to deliver incremental near-term value while working toward long term vision.
• Collaborate with client support, education and marketing teams to communicate product changes to Ticketmaster's clients and fans and define and track rollout and go to market strategy

TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• 2+ years experience in product management in an agile environment.
• Strong technical sensibilities with ability to understand business objectives.
• Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills, an ability to clearly articulate a vision and to influence others.
• Exceptional quantitative data analysis, critical thinking skills, and an ability to spot trends and derive a strategy from raw data. Strong command of Excel and/or Google Sheets a plus.
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, proactive and dedicated; able to operate autonomously and efficiently in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Get it done attitude – must be able to solve problems with minimal guidance or unclear requirements. A mindset of being flexible and a desire to win as a team.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity while determining team direction.
• Proven ability to deliver initiatives from conception through to completion.
