• Work with clients to establish goals for each tour project, communicate them internally, and monitor progress towards those goals
• Manage cross-functional groups, including, but not limited to, marketing, finance, event operations, legal, product teams, data teams, and others, to initiate and execute these projects within the constraints of tight, and often fluid, time deadlines
• Work closely with clients to introduce and educate them on various Ticketmaster programs/tools that affect tour performance, such as, but not limited to, SafeTix, SmartEvent, Verified Fan, TM+, and TM1.
• First line support of day-to-day client needs; take the lead in managing and motivating different team members toward meeting client expectations regarding tour objectives and outcomes
• Ensure correct, timely and accurate delivery of various reports, such as but not limited to, customer data files and financial reports as needed by clients
• Assist with administrative departmental functions such as monthly reporting, invoicing, and information gathering, as needed
• Collect tour data and analyze results to ensure consistent positive outcomes for Ticketmaster and its clients
• Advise and consult with clients, agents, artist management and other key stake holders on creative and strategic solutions for increasing ticket sales

TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of music industry experience
• Previous experience at a ticketing company, music label, management company or talent agency preferred
