In this role you will support the delivery of reporting and analytics solutions that have a strategic impact on media practices and product decision-making. You will serve as a primary contact to internal stakeholders around managing and enhancing digital measurement implementations. You will be the subject expert for analysts working with analytics data collected from our online marketplaces. Your daily tasks will have a deep focus on data management principles and practices.

This role, above all, is a suited for someone with a service mentality for variety of stakeholders including Ad Tech Operations, Data Sciences, Business Intelligence, and related Live Entertainment media teams.

This position requires someone with strong concepts of digital marketing and e-commerce as well as a high degree of intellectual curiosity. People with a good understanding of Ad Ops, the digital campaign landscape, or prior Media Agency experience looking to shift into Marketing Analytics Products are encouraged to apply.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Ownership of Analytics Products through collaboration across multiple disciplines (Product, Media, SEO, Ad Ops, Marketing, and Fan Platforms)
• Manage the ticketing system for requesting and maintaining Marketing Tags
• Deep understanding of customer journeys on our Live Entertainment Ticketing / Ecommerce platforms
• Oversee media tagging, data collection, analytics objectives through full lifecycle in high-scale production environments
• Educate Analytics and Media teams on best practices and identify areas for tagging improvements
• Participate in ad hoc projects; such as researching and implementing new digital advertising technologies, Ad Ops processes, or advertising products
• Provide thought leadership in digital marketing & analytics, attribution, measurement, reporting and data sources
• Be the subject matter expert for behavioral analytics capture, digital marketing attribution, methodologies, and insights

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 5+ years professional experience in an operational / analytical role focused on digital analytics
• 3+ years working with Google Analytics or other Web & App Analytics tools
• Experience with Google Analytics or other Web & App Analytics tools, that covers implementation, configuration, and customization with emphasis on Ecommerce
• Proven competency deploying site tags directly or via tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or Tealium. Experience with HTML and JavaScript or relevant web-based development technology desired.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Prior work in eCommerce, Digital Media Agencies, Ad Operations, and Business Consultation roles a plus
• Project management using JIRA and Service portal or similar tools such as Basecamp, Asana, or Wrike
• Working knowledge and application of a dashboard/analytical toolkit (Domo, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Jupyter, Looker, etc)
• Composition and revisioning of project assets such as documentation, presentations, diagrams
• Familiarity with Paid Media Campaign platforms and reporting (CM360, SA360, Meta Business Manager)
• Proficient ability to write structured and efficient SQL queries on large data sets helpful, but not required
• Familiarity with marketing channels (email, push, media) across the spectrum of paid / owned / organic
• Knowledge of consumer privacy regulations, standards, and governance a plus
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and handle shifting priorities.
• Meticulous about business process management, optimization, and documentation
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with complementing technical abilities
• Demonstrated flexibility with working arrangements that blend in-person and remote collaboration across multiple geographic locations
• A strong mind on the accessibility of data for a broad spectrum of consumers
• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in STEM or Business) or 4+ years of relevant, progressive experience is a plus but not required.
