The purpose of the role is to manage the intake of fan rights across the globe, utilizing Live Nation Entertainment's fan rights platforms including Zendesk and OneTrust. Ensuring fan rights are triaged, actioned and responded to within the required legal timeframes. The role will also involve supporting the Global Privacy team with administrative actions including research, meeting scheduling and the creation of presentations.
Role description
Key accountabilities include:
• Manage the intake queues daily and triage requests into the corresponding fan rights categories, including access, erasure and unsubscribe.
• Action the corresponding requests based on the fan rights such as erasures in the privacy portal, compiling access requests and liaising with support teams with unsubscribing customer accounts.
• Supporting CCPA fan rights process in OneTrust Fan Request module.
• Escalating privacy queries to the privacy office for response.
• Monitoring completed privacy requests and responding to fans using pre-approved responses to ensure GDPR and CCPA time periods are adhered to.
• Supporting the privacy office with operational privacy activities including research, PowerPoint creation and administrative responsibilities supporting the global privacy office.
Key qualifications
• Experience in a customer-facing role, with a passion for getting the best resolution for the customer. For example, experience as a Customer Services agent or data analyst would be seen as an advantage.
• A basic understanding and awareness of privacy requirements is a big plus, however full training will be provided for the right candidate

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage
• A can-do attitude with a proven track record of bringing business stakeholders onside
