Role Description
This position leads the relationship and activities of a wide range of Live Nation UK's marketing partners and will be responsible for maximising the value of these relationships.
With upwards of 30 brands in this busy team, efficient client servicing and quick decision making will be key as we guide a high volume of partners in making the most of their sponsorship rights throughout the year.
Strong understanding of how to use these rights to hit brand objectives and KPIs will ensure that as you lead post season debriefs with our clients, they will lead to easy renewal conversations.
The position will manage one direct report to begin with, so the ideal candidate should be able to set up clear expectations for delivery across a large number of projects in order to work effectively in this busy team.

What the role includes
• Manage a large portfolio of varied clients across multiple categories
• Develop and maintain relationships with key Live Nation teams to ensure the desired program delivery and results for clients
• Provide direction for your direct report in terms of program execution, resource deployment, program recaps and reporting, and special projects/initiatives
• Develop detailed understanding of client's business and identify opportunities for business and/or brand growth through entertainment marketing programs
• Assist clients in achieving ROI goals that will ensure maximum renewal opportunity
• Foster an environment which is team-oriented and in which the exchange of ideas among staff is encouraged
