Job Description

Brooklyn Bowl Nashville is the ultimate night out with premiere music, 19 lanes of bowling, bars featuring locally crafted beers, and food by the acclaimed Blue Ribbon restaurant group.

We are looking to add to our team! Our A/P Clerk is responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices, and processing payments. This position will support multiple locations.

Responsibilities
• Distribute invoices and obtain approvals
• Ensure all invoice coding for processing
• Record manual checks and wires
• Obtain W9's and ACH information for new vendors and submit vendor set up and vendor updates
• Correspond with vendors regarding invoices, payments and other related inquiries
• Research, analyze and resolve any issues with vendors
• Complete credit applications
• Produce monthly reports
• Prepare and upload journal entries
• Reconcile vendor statements and bank statements
• Review A/P trial balances and make necessary corrections
• Reclass invoices when corrections are needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma. Associate's degree in Accounting preferred.
• 2-3 years experience with accounts payable or general accounting
• Proficient Microsoft Office and Quickbooks knowledge and skills
• Knowledge of Oracle preferred
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong analytic abilities
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, climb and stand to perform normal job functions.
