Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking a Manager, Television Sales Planning & Analysis. The Manager, Television Sales Planning & Analysis will support Executive Management and Domestic Sales team in on-going measurement and communication of financial performance of Television Distribution business of all Lionsgate Film and TV product. The role will be responsible for financial modeling, deal analysis of outputs and packages and forecasting revenues. The Manager will work closely with the Director to build and maintain budgets, ultimates, rolling forecasts, management reporting, system implementations, and analytical support. Additionally, the Manager will work closely with the Home Entertainment Analysts to ensure that goals are aligned across all ancillary revenue streams. Close collaboration with Accounting, Operations, and Corporate FP&A teams will also be required.

Responsibilities
• Lead business operating reviews, enabling discussions about the current and future state of the TV Business

• Lead annual business plan process for corporate planning and prepare quarterly re-forecasts

• Provide analytical and judicious support in the evaluation of business initiatives and growth opportunities

• Coordinate with the Domestic Sales team on deals in pipeline, product windowing, risks & opportunities

• Conduct financial analysis of outputs and package deals

• Coordinate with Home Entertainment Sales Planning to develop optimal release strategies for key titles

• Optimize windowing and revenue across Domestic TV/SVOD and Home Entertainment

• Work closely with FP&A and Accounting to ensure that actuals are tracking close to forecast and Budget any deviations from forecast or Budget are assessed, understood and investigated

• Track key title avails to optimize library performance

• Analyze industry and economic trends to inform key Lionsgate stakeholders

• Manage and oversee day to day responsibilities of TV analyst

• Perform ad-hoc analysis for upper management

Qualifications & Skills
• 3-5 years of experience working in Television and SVOD Planning

• Bachelor's degree with a major in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related field

• Master's degree highly preferred

• Have excellent Excel skills including creating financial models

• Must have in-depth knowledge of TV, Digital and SVOD businesses

• Must be highly motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-pasted environment

• Must have interest in Movies and Television of various genres

• Experience with Databases, Salesforce, Tableau, SAP BPC (Outlooksoft) or other analytical data systems a plus

• ''Out of the Box'' thinking and problem solving
