Summary of Position

Lionsgate is seeking a Sr. Manager, Digital Media on the Theatrical Marketing team to support overall digital media strategy for theatrical film releases. The candidate will contribute to the development of digital media strategy and lead campaign execution in coordination with the media and creative agencies to ensure all campaign elements are executed accordingly across video, social media, mobile, and search –meeting desired results & KPIs. Reporting to the VP of Digital Media, you will be one of the primary points of contact for the media and creative agencies, and will be expected to effectively collaborate cross-functionally with internal creative, publicity, research and social teams to ensure key campaign beats are being adequately supported. This position requires a highly creative, detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong creative project management skills. A willingness to be a self-starter and apply innovative thinking to meet overall campaign goals is critical.

Responsibilities
• Execute large-scale digital media campaigns for theatrical film titles in coordination with the VP of Digital Media, including: strategic planning, creative project management, implementation, optimization, and ad creative development

• Manage all aspects of film ad creative campaigns in coordination with the agency including larger custom content programs, banner creative, video trafficking, search strategy and paid influencer campaigns

• Support all campaign priorities and ensure all creative and overall campaign deliverables are up to standard

• Foster strong relationships with outside creative vendors and media partners to implement custom content initiatives and drive innovative partnerships

• Assist in evaluating campaign performance to ensure media is being optimized and with best practices

• Contribute to paid social plan strategy, and work closely with the social team on creative execution and strategy optimizations

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (media, creative, publicity, distribution) and outside agencies to ensure all relevant parties stay informed with campaign deadlines and meet all obligations

• Oversee the digital media budget and ensure campaigns are on track to stay within the funds allocated

Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years of media and marketing experience with a thorough understanding of media planning, buying, and reporting across digital, search & social channels. Theatrical marketing experience is a plus

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects autonomously and with confidence

• Experience with online display, paid search, and paid social campaigns with a solid understanding of the entertainment marketplace

• Demonstrated ability to use data and research to inform creative decisions and craft strategic plans

• Self-motivated and very detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Finesse in cross-departmental communication across all levels of the organization

• Works well in a team and in a fast-paced work environment

• A creative, strategic thinker with a passion for entertainment preferred

• Excellent work ethic, communication skills and a positive attitude

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
