Summary of Position

The Senior Coordinator, Delivery will support worldwide delivery to SVOD, AVOD, TVOD, and domestic broadcast clients. The role will oversee the delivery process of episodic, feature, trailers, and scripts to various platforms globally. Some of the key day-to-day responsibilities will include: Research video and audio elements to determine availability of formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, etc. in order to fulfill servicing requests.

This role can be based out of either our Santa Monica, North Hollywood, or New York office.

Responsibilities
• Support Executive Director of Digital Media Servicing in day-to-day servicing for SVOD/AVOD, Domestic Broadcast and TV Next Day Air delivery

• Transfer needed digital files, video masters and sound material of Lionsgate library elements from outside vendors to PDS, Zoo and Fotokem to complete needed orders

• Coordinate delivery of Film/AV elements to linear Broadcast and digital partners

• Provide supplemental materials as requested (Artwork, Music Cue Sheets, Metadata)

• Manage screener orders for the CLEAR Screening website (Clear)

• Update and maintain inventory and servicing files

• Create purchase orders and process invoices for the team

• Coordinate shipping of materials

• Provide Nielsen and other tracking services with needed files

• Order the creation of EN CC files, LAS Subtitles/LAS CC files

Qualifications and Skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented

• Ability to effectively communicate objectives or performance to management stakeholders on behalf of the team

• Advanced knowledge of and experience in Excel

• A college degree is required

Nice to Haves
• 3+ years servicing and localization workflows, asset management and client/vendor management experience

• Subject matter expertise in Broadcast & Cable Linear servicing of both file and tape formats, workflows, deliverables and quality metrics

• Previous customer service experience and managing clients

• Previous experience in working with and managing vendors

• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
