Job Description

Summary of Position

This position will work closely with the Executive Director, Worldwide Television Marketing to support the studio's brand representation and series campaigns on social media, along with assisting with b2b marketing support for the International and Domestic Sales teams and TV development group. This role requires a highly organized team player, with a strong attention to detail, creative eye, and a passion for connecting with entertainment fans in the social space. The individual must thrive in a fast-moving environment and display strong multi-tasking, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities
• Roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty every day (this is first on the list for a reason)

• Build solid relationships and communication lines with internal Lionsgate divisions, including the TV Development, Motion Picture, Music, PR, Creative, Business & Legal Affairs, and Events teams

• Assist in research and drafting copy for sales materials and presentation decks

• Organize and coordinate asset sharing with agencies and partners, including photo and clip sourcing

• Create and maintain essential tracking, summaries, and recaps to support creation of sales marketing materials, social calendars, and cross-promotion efforts

• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ideate and create compelling, innovative social first ideas that drive engagement, awareness, and brand affinity, including talent asks

• Conduct research, monitor mentions and identify social buzz to contribute ideas of ways to join trending topics across social platforms

• Support members of the WWTV Marketing team on special projects including and not limited to copywriting, editing, tracking and events.

• Other responsibilities, as required

Qualifications & Skills
• This position requires a proactive and entertainment savvy individual with their finger on the pulse of social trends across Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok and more.

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant industry experience working in social media, digital marketing, or marketing

• Strong writing skills, with a clear understanding of the difference between consumer and b2b communications

• Ability to effectively handle multiple competing priorities with obsessive attention to detail and to interact with diverse groups

• Working experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred, experience with Final Cut Pro or other video editing programs a plus

• College degree required
