Summary of Position
The Manager, Sales Administration will assist the EVP & GM, Sales & Distribution, Home Entertainment with tracking and reporting sales numbers for packaged media currently in the retail market. They will work closely with the home entertainment sales, finance and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
• Assisting sales reps in entering promotions, MDF, Rebates and Contractuals into the system.
• Working with Finance and sales reps to resolve open issues regarding Deals, Claims, Post Audits.
• Preparing a report by downloading all entries submitted into ACB for Jed's final approval review.
• Enter invoices into SAP for Anderson Merchandisers and other vendors performing services related to MDF/marketing expenses
• Price Protection – validate claims from accounts for Price Protection programs.
• Sony transition – Commercial Tool – working with Sony to create a system that will replace ACB for Trade spend visibility.
• ACB will be associated with this function
• Lionsgate Link – approving LG Employee access and access for brick & mortar Packaged Sales customers
• Sales Decks for Packaged and Digital Monthly new releases – working with Marketing to prepare PPT presentations
• Walmart Weekly Tracking Report – updating market share report
• Weekly POS titles – updating weekly POS tracking by title by key accounts and key titles
• Top 45 Titles – update by key customers
Qualifications & Skills
• Computer skills with proficiency in Excel Word & PowerPoint
• Studio level experience preferred; and/or training; and or/ a combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• Ability to go above-and-beyond without being asked, eliciting critical thinking with recommendations for process and strategy improvements
• Project management with attention to detail, highly organized, imaginative with ability to articulate concepts.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams such as Brand Marketing, Sales Planning, Creative Services and Operations.
• Ability to present to business partners and upper level management.
• Familiarity with all Home Entertainment Distribution types, including EST, TVOD, SVOD, AVOD, Packaged Media and Non-Theatrical
