Summary of Position
Lionsgate is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and creative Global Paid Media Integrations & Digital Custom Content. This position will be responsible for media integrations and digital custom content partnerships across all paid media campaigns working closely with the Director(s) and reporting into the SVP who oversees all paid media efforts for the Motion Picture Group.
Responsibilities
• This person will be responsible for industry leading custom media content partnerships architecting creative custom media integrations tied to media campaigns and that align with the overall marketing campaign.
• Develop custom marketing ideas, working closely with the media partners, while working and aligning with internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaign development and execution.
• Participate and lead brainstorming sessions with media team, media agency, and media partners to build best in class media integrations across TV, social & digital.
• Work collaboratively with internal theatrical marketing disciplines to align efforts with larger marketing campaign objectives.
• Manage the entire process from inception through to execution being responsible for timelines and deadlines including idea creation, content capture, production, approvals, and implementation as part of the overall media campaign.
• Develop filmmaker briefs and breaks highlighting major custom content executions with alignment from SVP.
• Create end of campaign wrap reports and gather learnings for future custom content partnerships.
• Stay on top of industry trends, best in class media integrations, events, new technologies, unique opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
• BA/BS Required
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience working at a media agency and/or marketing relevant industry experience (preferably entertainment industry experience)
• Knowledge of media planning/buying preferred
• Stellar interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
• Strong content/creative development experience
• Expertise in management of production process for all custom programs, from creation of content to program launch
• Strategic, creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into holistic content programs
• Excellent written and presentation skills - both in structure and content
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and good management skills
• History of developing and maintaining production schedules as well as assets formats and specs
• Able to manage multiple projects and extremely tight deadlines in a high-paced environment
• Must be a self-starter and a strong problem solver
• Ability to work well with different personalities and within a team setting
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment and follow department protocol
• Strong proficiency in MS Office required, specifically experience in creating detailed spreadsheets using Excel
