Summary of Position
The Director will provide creative operational support and work across the marketing department to ensure campaigns are properly executed and aligned.
Responsibilities
• Support the SVP with the creative campaign beats and operational needs of the print and AV campaign including; trailers, television spots, radio, one-sheets and outdoor by monitoring development, production, and distribution of all creative material.
• Collaborate with SVP to hire outside agencies and manage them through ideation and execution of innovative A/V and print creative.
• Track and organize the high volume of all incoming and outgoing material.
• Communicate with Talent reps to acquire, track, and manage Talent/Filmmaker approvals
• Manage Deadlines/Deliverables against internal and media deadlines and facilitate finishing of AV and print materials
• Manage and expedite Dailies Requests
• Lock materials and initiate Finishing Preps (expedite gfx/cues/dailies/shot pulls) for finishing
• Monitor Finish approval links and compare against offline (monitor vendor OT and manage)
• Monitor Mixes/DI's schedule with finishing. Ensure vendor and filmmakers are invited
• Oversee finishing and delivery of assets for trailer launches including re-sizing, bumper creation, cutdowns and print assets
• Manage ADR sessions, VO narration and tags
• Manage International requests for Reels, Cut-Downs and Adaptations
• Organize assets for rotations meetings, creative/strategy reviews and Chairman's meeting
• Prep Rotations Documents (summarize research, demos, performance, copy, moments in spots in-rotation and on-deck)
• Manage and Track Clearances
• MPA, Guild, Network, On-line, Platform, etc. Ensure compliance for appropriate placement
• Decode, track and enforce AD/PUB Guidelines
• Manage and communicate compliance around credits, triggers, likeness approvals, consultation
• Manage Music Licensing: Request cue sheets, liaise with MCL for cost estimates, flag expensive cues and help manage negotiation, custom cues or swaps.
• Provide terms of use for cues and manage contract (CRQ) by confirming each cue against cue sheet and signing off for each cue. (approx. 60 cues per trailer on a rolling basis.
• Manage digital specs, deliverables and deadlines when team handles digital creative
• Produce Special Shoots and Manage On-Set Request shoot material where necessary
• Ready materials for testing, communicate detail and deadlines to Research
• Manage and track creative feedback for print and AV and disseminate notes to agencies for revisions as needed
• Oversee the creation of a VOD package from existing primary campaign assets with oversight and final approval coming from SVP
• Responsible for coordinating and distributing creative materials/messaging to other departments within marketing
• Manage all pitch information related to campaigns for film titles, including strategy decks, scripts, promotional partnership material.
• Liaise with international team to ensure materials are adapted for/new assets are made for UK/international.
• Manage production of international sales markets sizzle reels and print asset in conjunction with sales & strategy teams.

Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in creative advertising. Film enthusiast preferred.
• Creative and agile with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.

• Experience with design (Adobe Creative Suite, web development).
• Previous experience working for a digital/interactive agency or entertainment studio is preferred.
