Summary of Position

The Director of Enterprise Strategy & Growth Initiatives will play a critical role in how Motion Picture Group defines their long & short term strategies, impacting how LIONSGATE's movies are made, marketed and distributed. This role will partner closely with leaders to set and implement the organization's strategic direction. Analyzing the trends that shape our industry and identifying growth opportunities to help drive the success of the Motion Picture Group. This is an amazing opportunity to deliver tangible value inside the industry's largest independent motion picture studio. The right person for this role is able to use data and financial numbers to identify insights and build compelling stories, sees ''the big picture,'' has a strong attention to detail, sets a high bar for him/herself, loves to tackle problems, is intellectually curious and is an innovator. Responsibilities
• Support the creation and deployment of enterprise strategic plans, competitive analyses and business models with a focus on short-term growth and long-term value.

• Monitor industry trends, news and reports for information that could affect the enterprise's priorities or market position.

• Help build and manage organizational roadmaps, workflows and project plans to achieve desired outcomes within an agile framework.

• Design and deliver communications to internal stakeholders, including presentations to senior leadership.

• Aid in the creation of business goals and alignment of the organization behind those goals.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to secure critical information, obtain input and resolve roadblocks.

• Act as internal consultant to lead and manage ad hoc strategic projects

Qualifications & Skills
• 4+ years in Business Strategy, Consulting, Finance, Analytics or related field

• Experience or education in Business, Finance, and/or Research/Analytics domains. MBA a plus.

• Comfortable with financial models and scenario modeling

• Knowledge of the key business value drivers and success metrics typical of large-enterprise companies

• Thrive working collaboratively and cross-functionally across peers, executive management and key stakeholders from all different areas of the business

• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information, working in situations where data may be absent or ambiguous

• Resourceful, proficient at solving problems, attention to detail, highly organized and ability to prioritize workload; comfortable with a fast-paced rapidly evolving environment

• Insatiable curiosity to learn new domains, keep up with industry innovation, and constantly ask 'why'

• Ability to articulate sophisticated ideas in a clear and concise manner with strong written presentation skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Word)

• An interest in movies or entertainment a plus
