Summary of Position

Lionsgate's Debmar-Mercury is hiring for a Director of Brand Partnerships, based in New York City. The ideal candidate is already in integrated marketing, branded entertainment, brand partnerships, ad sales marketing, production, or related field. This is the perfect position for someone looking to make the leap from a manager or associate director role.

The Director of Brand Partnerships will work closely with the SVP of Brand Partnerships to develop client pitches that align with the overall marketing campaign strategies of potential clients. The Director of Brand Partnerships will also manage the production process and integration execution for closed deals. The Director should have the ability to manage a production and producers while attending to the client needs seamlessly. This is a full-time position requiring a candidate who can handle a mix of virtual and in person work, but who is available to work on-set and in office up to five days week as needed.

Responsibilities
• In coordination with the SVP, oversees development of production specific pitch tools including, but not limited to, show and viewer insights, social and digital reach, plus evergreen and custom concepts for broadcast, social and digital.

• Participates in creative brainstorm sessions with producers and digital team and then manages the development of integration opportunities coming out of the brainstorms.

• Develops custom integration opportunities for brands including written concepts for broadcast and social

• Develops and manages the internal and external timelines for in-production deals

• Leads weekly client meetings for in-production deals

• Works with various internal cross-functional teams to deliver on deal points. The Director of Brand Partnerships must keep the client's objectives and interests in mind while preserving the creative integrity of each show.

• Manages the review and approval process by client and production for broadcast, social and digital elements. Includes, but is not limited to script, gfx elements, props, social/digital copy, and social/digital creative.

• Oversees internal look-sees, rehearsals, tapings, and post-production (when required) for integrations

• Helps develop recap decks upon completion of integrations

Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 5-7+ years in a brand partnerships, integrated marketing, or equivalent client and production facing role

• Previous production experience desired

• BA or equivalent required

• Must be skilled in powerpoint/presentation software, and excel

• Excellent writing and verbal communication

• Proven knowledge of the advertising marketplace and branded content
