Summary of Position

Lionsgate's Worldwide TV Marketing team is seeking a Coordinator, WWTV Marketing to support efforts across Marketing Sales Strategy, Events, and Marketing Asset Servicing. This role will be empowered to streamline team processes, communications, organize team events and key initiatives, and manage a variety of marketing assets and resources. The Coordinator, WWTV Marketing is a highly organized team player with a strong attention to detail and a creative eye. The successful candidate must thrive in a fast-moving environment and display strong multi-tasking, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities
• Support the team with daily workflow, projects, and priorities

• Source, manage and traffic marketing materials and assets, servicing marketing deliverables to clients worldwide in a timely fashion

• Facilitate planning and organization of key team initiatives, team meetings and events

• Manage budget and vendor documentation ensuring accurate tracking

• Creation of work orders as needed to post facilities

• Research and engage third party vendors for specific marketing initiatives (ex: promotional items) and oversee their delivery

• Special projects/other duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills
• 1-2 years of relevant industry experience working in marketing, servicing and/or events

• Ability to track multiple projects at once – both long and short term

• Stellar organization skills, attention to detail and a creative eye

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Resourcefulness needed

• College degree preferred

Nice to Haves
• Project management experience a plus

• Cloud-based assets management experience desirable

• Familiarity with linear and VOD platforms

• Knowledge of various video and audio file formats

• Adstream experience a plus
