Summary of Position
Lionsgate is seeking a Coordinator, Production Human Resources, to partner with the Production Human Resources and Employment Legal teams in support of cast and crew for all film and television productions and assist with HR Business Partner directives. This role is an exciting blend of Production and Corporate Human Resources, with opportunities to contribute to a variety of administrative duties and to serve as the central HR point of contact for Lionsgate's Film and Television production teams and Television & TV Distribution teams. The Coordinator, Production HR reports to the Executive Director, Production Employee Relations and VP, Human Resources Business Partner.
Responsibilities
• Provide direct support to Lionsgate Production HR Team, acting as a liaison between HR and the studio's production teams (corporate and all cast and crew), as well as Lionsgate's internal TV & TV Distribution business units.
• At the direction of the Production HR Team, perform a variety of responsibilities for active film and television productions, including:
• Organize and maintain HR Production files to ensure that production has easy access to up-to-date HR documents (code of conduct, policies, COVID-19 safety documents, memos, crew lists, HR film and television assignments).
• Coordinate, schedule, and track completion of mandatory Harassment Prevention & Content Security Training for all productions and follow up with production teams to ensure outstanding training is completed.
• Work with outside counsel (when necessary) to schedule international Anti-Bribery and Harassment Prevention Trainings in language(s) that accommodate the production.
• Manage accommodation requests, ensuring all documentation is compiled, filed, and trackers have been updated, and aid in the communication, tracking, and verification of vaccination status for necessary productions
• Partner with Production Accounting teams to initiate and monitor background screenings for all incoming accounting crew members, and follow-up as necessary.
• Schedule meetings, handle travel arrangements, complete expense reporting, and execute a variety of other administrative tasks in support of Production HR Team.
• Maintain Investigation Management System to ensure that all confidential HR files are organized and accessible (conflict of interest forms, investigation summaries, incident reports).
• Report on Employee Relations Trends to identify patterns, and partner with Production HR to suggest future preventative measures or improvements.
• Further memorialize Production HR processes and procedures via process maps.
• At the direction of the VP, HR Business Partner, the Coordinator will work to provide support across TV & TV Distribution business units:
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support all recruitment efforts, ensuring job descriptions are properly updated and that new positions are created/updated/routed within Success Factors.
• Partner with the business to field and to fulfill requests for the placement of temps.
• Coordinate various employee life-cycle actions, including 30-day check-ins for junior-level employees, the exit communication and scheduling process, and the creation and delivery of promotion letters.
• Manage system aspects for all employee changes, including the creation of new positions, promotions, and terminations.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as requested.
• Participate in broader HR projects in support of operational process improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
• 1-2 years of strong administrative experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and highly detail oriented.
• Proven skills building & maintaining professional relationships.
• Must be flexible and willing to work outside of business hours.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Works well in dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Should have a long-term interest in Human Resources.

• Seeking someone who can commit to being in this role for at least two (2) years
• Previous experience working in the production and/or HR Coordinator space as a PA or other crew member
• Familiarity with Concur, Airtable, First Advantage, and/or Labor Soft
