Summary of Position

The Coordinator, Global Marketing Strategy is chiefly responsible for the administrative and operative support of the Global Marketing Strategy Sr. Director, as well as operative support for the Global Marketing Strategy team in general, for marketing efforts both domestically (US & Canada) and international (via Lionsgate UK team, and international all-rights buyers/distributors). The Coordinator manages all asset servicing, liaising with Marketing Operations and Creative to execute. This role maintains all marketing project management boards, coordinates budgets, oversees billing & invoicing, and traffics assets for the Global Marketing Strategy team. Additionally, the Global Marketing Strategy Sr. Coordinator executes all calendar creation and updating to ensure alignment across all internal Lionsgate Motion Picture Group verticals & marketing teams, and all territories across the globe.
• Support creation of playbooks, decks, and sales sheets--from scratch or adapted from domestic/global strategy documentation

• Archive and manage movement of all files/Design and supervise all archiving process

• Manage and traffic marketing materials and creative assets

• Collect, Comprehend, and Distribute analytics via Paid Media, Research & Analytics, and Digital Strategy teams

• Relay communications within Global Marketing Strategy group, and across Marketing department at large

Responsibilities
• Support communications with territories in alignment with internal Global Publicity team members to extend Publicity and Comms initiatives to non-US markets

• Aid communications with internal creative teams, sharing feedback and strategy notes from the markets

• Assist in the adaptation of Global Marketing Strategy to needs and nuance of each territory

• Help coordinate creative sales materials for Film Markets (AFM, EFM, Cannes, TIFF, et al)

• Create and update all ancillary strategy documentation, i.e. timelines, track sheets, and calendars

• Coordinate with markets for synchronized key asset debuts including trailer launches, media kickoff, casting announcements, etc.

• Manage various project & asset management platforms; AdStream, DAX/Clear, PIX, Bluescape, Google Docs, Office 365, and Monday.com

• Coordinate email marketing via SalesForce Marketing Cloud and with help from implementation & design vendors

• Set meetings and coordinate agendas as needed

Experience & Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Prior marketing experience (2 years)

• Passion for film & entertainment industry

Nice to Haves
• Confidence with one or more of the following software platforms; Monday.com or Asana, SalesForce Marketing Cloud/Email Marketing CMS platforms, Microsoft Excel

• Budgeting and accounting acumen

• Bilingual
