Job Description
Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking a full-time Coordinator, Global Creative Advertising in our Global Creative Marketing department. This position will report directly to the SVP, Global Creative Advertising.

Responsibilities
• Support team administratively and operationally across Theatrical, Print and Digital

• Responsible for team scheduling, administrative organization, inter-department communication and asset management

• Manage onboarding and distribution of all creative material for agencies such as scripts, dailies, features, and unit photography

• Create agendas for all team meetings, take and disseminate meeting notes

• Manage workflow process platforms and ensure they are up-to-date at all times

• Support Managers to help organize, finish and deliver assets for broadcast, print and digital

• Create links/burn-ins/watermarks for creative materials

• Track and organize incoming and outgoing materials

• Maintain calendar of deliverables deadlines

Responsibilities Cont.
• Ensure campaign information is up to date and always readily available, including budgets & campaign spend to date numbers.

• Manage a high volume of invoices & all billing responsibilities for team including:

• Review & submit invoices for payment, ensure billing adheres to LG Rate Card or otherwise agreed upon all-in deals

• Track invoices and overall spend in budget tracker

• Circulate Spend-To-Date with team in advance of weekly budget meetings

• Liaise between internal AP department and external vendors when necessary

• Organize and maintain a deliverables list for each film title and platform

• Consolidate materials for executive and filmmaker presentations

• Create, manage and update project status reports

• Track legal clearances, cue licensing, and talent approvals

Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a Marketing or Production at a Studio or similar

• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure, dynamic environment

• Ability to project-manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously

• Strong logical thinker, self-starter, meticulous attention to detail and organizational skill

• Passionate about advertising, music, film, tv, art, trends, and social media

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Exceptional time management skills

• Experience with design

• Experience managing budgets

• College Degree in Film, Literature, Theater, Art, Marketing or creative discipline in general
