The CBS, CW, Telemundo, and MeTV affiliate, KWTX is the leader in every local newscast. Job Summary/Description:

KWTX News 10 is searching for a Digital Executive Producer. This newsroom leader is an essential member of our management team, working side-by-side with the News Director, Assistant News Director and Digital Content Manager. The Digital EP must be as confident in the newsroom working with talent and producers, as s/he is bringing dynamic content and promotion to all our digital and on-air platforms.

Primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

> Alongside Digital Content Manager oversee digital content
> Developing and executing defined strategies for growth
> Regularly update digital platforms
> Delegate and oversee content contributed by newsroom staff

Qualifications/Requirements:

> Newsroom Management experience a plus
> Knowledge and demonstration of editorial judgment, journalistic ethics and libel laws
> Ability and desire to coach and train team members on best practices and help improve their work on our on-air and digital platforms
