NEWS REPORTER (MORNING) - KVVU

Job Summary/Description:

KVVU is looking for a News Reporter that has the proven ability to report live from the field on a variety stories, from breaking news to community events. The successful candidate will also generate content for FOX5's digital properties as needed. The position involves live street reporting M-F as part of Las Vegas' #1 morning news team.
*** Please note, the primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the information listed above ***

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Three years minimum experience as a reporter in a TV newsroom. Proven, demonstrated ability to conceive and pitch strong enterprise (original) story ideas that support the FOX5 ''Local Las Vegas'' brand. Strong writing and ability to tell engaging stories through visual mediums are essential. College degree preferred, but not required.
