About KVLY:

We are the NBC, CBS, MeTV, CW, Hero's and Icons and Circle networks for Eastern North Dakota. We produce over 8 hours of live news per day Monday through Friday.

Job Summary/Description:

Part-Time Receptionist position. Candidate should be able to greet walk-in customers and
answer multi-line phones.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Answering multi-line telephone system
- Greeting walk-in customers
- Receiving all incoming packages and mail
- Shipping outgoing packages via Fed Ex and regular mail
- Mr. Food Recipe requests
- Spotlight Couple requests
- Preparing Spotlight Couple schedule
- Candidate should be able to multi-task and have strong communication and computer skills

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Strong Customer Service Skills and Telephone Etiquette
• Strong Organizational Skills
