KUTV has an immediate opening for a Senior Promotions Producer!

Responsibilities Include:
• Leading the 2News Team in Image and TSR promotion, creating compelling spots to promote the 2News brand and generate targeted tune-in
• Creating Television, radio, and digital promotion for KUTV, KJZZ, and KMYU
• Leading the 2News team in afternoon topical promotion, driving viewership of evening Newscast
• Being a leader in the newsroom to coordinate promotion efforts, and attending News editorial meetings
• Assisting with station sponsored event
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience and Skills:
• Must be able to write, shoot, and edit promos while managing deadlines.
• At least two years of Topical promotion, TSR, and News Image promotion experience is required, as well as proficiency with Avid, and iNews.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills are a must.
• Basic professional shooting skills and experience in news promotion are a plus, along with advanced skills in After Effects. This is a full time position.
