Job Summary/Description:

The Arizona's Family (KTVK, KPHO and azfamily.com) Marketing Department is in search of a Senior Marketing Producer. This creative leader will work with the Director of Marketing to grow digital and broadcast audiences for Arizona's Family, home to 3TV (KTVK), CBS 5 (KPHO) and azfamily.com. Must poses bold ideas and enjoy working in a team environment as we generate brand-focused campaigns for digital and broadcast audiences across multiple platforms. Write, produce, shoot, and edit. Communicate with station talent and managers. Expand marketing material for on-air and digital assets.

The ideal candidate is an expert visual storyteller with strong skills in writing, cinematography and Adobe Creative Cloud editing programs. Exceptional organization and strategic thinking are required to implement market research recommendations and achieve goals in audience development and revenue growth. This individual is a hands-on producer, who also manages the production, organization, scheduling and trafficking of the daily station marketing on broadcast, digital and streaming platforms along with outside media campaigns. Will assist with on air and digital assets. Must be a skilled communicator while interfacing with station management and talent. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Film/Video or another related field. A minimum of 3 years proven working experience in digital and broadcast marketing producing measurable results using the latest trends and best practices. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising social and digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Must provide creative reel demonstrating advanced production knowledge, especially Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects and Cinematography. Experience with Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Tik Tok etc. is a plus.
