Job Description
KTVB-TV in Boise, Idaho has an opening for an Account Executive to join our winning sales team. We're looking for a solutions-based seller who wants to develop new business, super service existing clients and sell a vast range of broadcast, streaming and digital assets.

Responsibilities:
• Consistently prospect for new revenue opportunities using client and category insights.
• Upsell current customers by engaging them in full KTVB product lines.
• Create custom solutions that meet client needs across multiple media platforms including broadcast, digital and streaming (OTT).
• Capitalize on opportunities to expand relationships with key clients through understanding their business needs and competitive landscape.
• Work with internal team to provide clear direction for successful execution of campaigns
• Make decisions and solve problems to support customer needs.
• Use Matrix to manage daily activity, pipelines and forecasts.
• Be a positive and professional representative for KTVB.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
• 1-3 years in media sales preferred.
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
• Handle and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
• Ability to effectively solve programs, adapt to change.
• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self motivated, willing to work as part of a team.
• Travel: Rarely: less than 10%
• Work Environment Set: Office: normally performed in a typical interior/office environment
• Physical Demands Set: Sedentary work: Involves sitting most of the time; walking, lifting, bending, standing, etc.
