Creative Services Bilingual Producer

Job Description

KSBW 8 (NBC) / Central Coast ABC / Estrella TV Costa Central, part of Hearst Television, is looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Producer/Editor for the Creative Services Department. In-person attendance is required.

This position is a great opportunity for someone who is creative, motivated and wants to learn and grow their skills. We are looking for a self-starter who has a good balance of creativity and organization. All experience levels are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will have experience writing, shooting, and editing videos as well as experience with the adobe creative suite. Candidate must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be detail-minded with the ability to meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and prioritize multiple projects. Job Responsibilities:
• Writing, Shooting and Editing station promos, primarily on Estrella TV Costa Central, as well as KSBW 8 (NBC) and Central Coast ABC, as assigned.
• Produce commercial, sales, and social media projects as needed
• Participate in marketing events outside station

Requirements:
• Adobe Premiere Editing Experience
• Adobe After Effects Experience
• Graphic Design/Layout Experience
• Be able to work on multiple projects at once
• Be detailed-minded
• Work well under pressure
• Handle tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Military experience may be considered.

The estimated base salary range for this role is between $42,000 and $47,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, market demands and conditions, including geographic location where the work will be performed, and other factors permitted by law. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
