Job Description
KOCB/KOKH is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. We are hiring a Creative Services Director that will oversee the Creative Services of the Station which includes promotion and commercial production.The job responsiblities include but are not limted to:
• Overseeing the execution of station image and brand through demo targeted campaigns and vehicles
• Overseeing the production and use of on-air promotional announcements designed to promote programming
• Overseeing on site event promotions
• Establishing an advertising plan within the annual budget
• Create promotional ideas to generate revenue such as sales presentations for clients
• Implement sales promotions
• Oversee the conceptualization of commercial spots to meet marketing objectives and supervise the promotion and production departments
