Job Summary/Description:

KNOE is seeking a Traffic Coordinator. The traffic coordinator is responsible for scheduling all commercials on the correct oreders. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and distributing house numbers across multiple stations using Wide Orbit software, entering detailed copy information
- Maintain relationships with third parties, providing copy and copy instructions
- Maintain instruction files, commercial library files, and other various traffic reports, including distribution of dub and purge lists to station's Master Control, downloading commercials/programs from FTP sites, staying current on all procedures and policy changes
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Qualifications for this position include heavy emphasis on attention to detail, must be dependable and consistently on-time for work, have excellent communication and problem solving skills, work well under daily deadlines, ability to prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, must be open to learning new skills, systems, software. A working knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic system ia a plus, but training will be provided.
