Job Summary/Description:

Hawaii News Now, the state's dominant multimedia news organization seeks a Line Producer for our Emmy Award Winning Lifestyle content. We are looking for an individual who is detail oriented, a self-starter and can thrive in a fast-paced multiplatform environment.

Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Learn and master Monday.com, planning tool that is used to organize our production schedule
- Work with Executive producer to plan the production schedule that includes film dates and air dates
- Plan and coordinate any travel needs for creative services team
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure clients have a positive experience with Hawaii News Now
- Confirm that guests and clients follow current health and safety guidelines / Work with Executive Producer and Hawaii News Now Sales department on updating health and safety guidelines as needed
- Always maintains a birds eye view of the entire Creatives Service and Marketing Schedule (Commercial production / Talk Story / HI Now / Other marketing projects)

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Organization must come easy to this individual
- Must be able to professionally communicate between creative services team, Hawaii News Now Sales team and clients
- Must be able to problem solve through potential film date and air date conflicts and have the ability to come up with solutions
