Job Summary/Description:

The Office Administrator works with all departments within our station, and even assists with our stations in Minot, Williston and Dickinson. This position reports to the General Manager & VP at the station, Barry Schumaier, who is a 34 year employee with our company. Duties include accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, order entry, reporting duties to the FCC website, EEO compliance reporting, office supply monitoring, vendor coordination and other duties assigned by the General Manager. Handling of front desk and telephone switchboard are also part of the responsibilities of this position. Human Relations are not handled by this position, but by the department heads, General Manager and corporate HR with Gray.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Three-five years of administrative experience
• High school diploma required and 4-yr college degree preferred
• High level of organization and prioritizing skills, adept at following and inventing systems and processes
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of web-based log-on document loading systems
• Basic knowledge of accounting, EEO regulations, Workman's Compensation rules, and OSHA Guidelines preferred
