Job Summary/Description:

KFYR is looking for a Host/Anchor. The host produces, presents and technical directs content everyday using a special interface developed for and with the input of KFYR TV. We are live each day on desktop, mobile devices, in our apps and on OTT devices. If you can talk, love breaking news and are technically inclined to multi-task while talking in front of one of multiple cameras, this is an exciting, groundbreaking position.
Our hosts do all of the following every day (but not limited to):
- Handle Breaking News
- Talk to reporters and news makers via FaceTime and Skype
- Self-direct the show
- Set up and coordinate guests for in-studio or remote appearances
- Plan content for each day
- Perform ''live read'' commercials from the KFYR+ Now desk
- Talk a lot!

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Competence in reporting live, online and on air
- Reporting on digital platforms, often live via FaceTime or Skype
- Setting up guests and reporters
- Computer skills
- Experience in talk radio is a plus
