Job Description

KDKA Radio is seeking a Full Time Producer. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
• • Non On-air Position
• Booking Guests for Talk Shows
• Understanding of Social Media Platforms
• Screening phone calls; monitoring transmitters
• Assisting air talent in LIVE situations and minor production
• On Location Remote Producing
• Recording Readings
• Editing and recording sound
• Able to write news stories for the web
• Knowledge of Automation and productions software a plus
• News/Sports Writing Skills
• Operating radio broadcasting console, running satellite and syndicated programming

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Knowledge of production software a plus.

Able to assist on air talent in LIVE situations and minor production.

A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required
