Our critically acclaimed studio has opened a brand new studio in Austin, TX. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our new studio in Austin, TX. We are looking for someone who will be a positive resource for our studio staff, ready to work with every department with a variety of responsibilities. Experience:
• Experience in having worked as an office manager for teams in mature companies
• Experience working with and supporting C and Executive level employees
• Experience in having organized team building or social events
• Excellent organization and logistics skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Experience in having worked with purchase orders, suppliers and with budgets
• High level of autonomy and self-motivation
• Currently or previously worked in a large scale, fast paced environment
• Experience creating programs and events centered around diversity, inclusion and studio culture
Responsibilities:
• Organize and coordinate logistics for team events aimed at team building, inclusion, and efficiency for a diverse group of team members in hybrid and remote work setups
• Assist with new hire relocation and acclimation
• Build and manage a facilities team
• Primary point of contact for facilities concerns between studio leadership and property management
• Coordinate with the larger budget owners and finance partners as it relates to facilities
• Coordinate business travel arrangements when necessary
• Coordinate shipping for packages meant for the team, including corporate gifts and merchandise
• Manage external vendors; setting-up new and maintaining existing relationships with suppliers for goods, services, and events.
