Your Mission

Infinity Ward is seeking a talented and passionate Lead Networking Engineer to oversee online and networking development. This is an opportunity to lead development on the world's premiere FPS franchise. We're looking for someone who comes to the table with new ideas, but has the pragmatism required to ship a video game.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• 6+ years of experience in game network programming.
• 1 shipped title working as a senior engineer specializing in networking and online code.
• Excellent debugging and performance analysis skills.
• Experience working on backend game systems or on client interface to backend game systems.
• Experience with game networking techniques.
• Deep knowledge of C++ programming and practices.
• Excellent problem solving and analytic skills.
• Love of games.

Player Profile

Pluses:
• Experience as a managing engineer.
• Experience in other areas of video game technology.
• Experience with multi-platform development, including PC, Xbox, and PlayStation.
• Working in and extending an established code base.
