Senior Game Product Manager - Battlefield Mobile

Job Description

Industrial Toys, creators of Midnight Star and Midnight Star: Renegade, has joined forces with EA to take on our next mission of bringing Battlefield to mobile.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will report to the Sr. Lead Product Manager and partner with other PMs to establish the Battlefield experience for a mobile audience. You will advocate for the Product discipline and the health of our game. You will develop strategies for our live operations and contribute to feature development and roadmap prioritization with data. You will collaborate with Game Design, Engineering and Product to develop exciting events and merchandise for our players.

Responsibilities:
• Create the product strategy for new merchandise, events, and important live service features for players in different lifecycles and spend propensities
• Manage the game's performance by overseeing our events and merchandise live ops calendar
• Collaborate with Game Design and other PMs to design exciting events and economies that meet our seasonal live service goals
• Design PRDs for new features, systems, and tools based on our player and live game needs
• Use analytics to provide important insights to guide roadmap prioritization and uncover opportunities for further engagement and monetization

Qualifications:
• Previous work experience in live service for free-to-play mobile games (3+ years )
• Interest or knowledge of shooters, battle royale, and competitive F2P multiplayer games
• Experience with Looker, SQL and other data studio tools
• Bachelor's degree, MBA or MS
