Position Summary:

IMG Fashion Events & Properties is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join its Brand Partnerships team, supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing programs for brand partners across New York Fashion Week and other major fashion events globally, as well as performing a variety of essential administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

Client Services
• Support marketing team to research and develop programs and materials for a variety of accounts including beauty, fashion, retail and more
• Curate and manage sales materials for executive level meetings
• Serve as a primary client contact and coordinate all necessary materials needed to fulfill contractual obligations and client requests
• Coordinate requests and approvals between clients and legal team
• Build and maintain talent and vendor relationships

Activation Management
• Support the marketing team to execute brand partner digital programs and experiential activations, creating detailed timelines, budgets and recap reports for partners
• Act as the link between the Marketing and Production teams, to ensure all Sponsor Activations are planned and executed in line with logistical guidelines for events
• Support the execution of partner activations on-site, with a hand-on approach to production and client service

Creative Management
• Assist Marketing team with proposals, presentations, creative needs and new prospects as needed
• Work with the art department to create templates and maintain a library of marketing decks and related materials
• Oversee out of home advertising creative and delivery for all partners
• Liaise with video, photography and other on-site vendors to support the needs of the business

Administrative
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, and manage calendar and travel management for IMG Fashion executive(s)
• Prepare and manage travel and expense process for IMG Fashion executive(s)
• Manage production logistics and process for the department, including upkeep of various databases and matrixes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum one-two years of experience in a support role and/or relevant experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) required
• Basic understanding of Creative Suite (InDesign, Adobe, etc.) advantageous
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Ability to manage and develop ongoing client relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills - candidate must be proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
• Strong interpersonal skills – works well in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level problem solving – able to make timely decisions that support the mutual interests of clients and the business
• Detail Oriented

• Strong interest in Fashion, Entertainment, Pop-culture
