Who We Are:

At IMG, our Studios business use content and technology to power the world's passion for sport, working with global clients including The Premier League, The R&A, DP World Tour, Euroleague Basketball and Major League Soccer. We've built Europe's best-connected broadcast centre at Stockley Park, London, distributing 35,000 hours of content globally and creating some of the world's best sporting coverage. Our facilities include four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites and a multitude of radio, podcast, dubbing and VFX facilities, with specialisms in remote production and carbon reduction thanks to our Green to Screen initiative. Whether it's live coverage, archive, highlights, social media, branded content or feature films, we give the audience a front row seat to the best sport in the world.

The Partnership between SPL, SAFF, and IMG:

The Saudi Pro League (SPL) and Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) have announced a new five-year production partnership with IMG, a global sports, events, and representation company, for the Roshn Saudi League (RSL), King's Cup, and Saudi Super Cup, starting from the 2024-25 season.

The 2024-25 season broadcast of the RSL, King's Cup, and Saudi Super Cup will feature more dynamic storytelling and captivating content that highlights the excitement of the matches and celebrates the rich culture and passion that drive the sport.

IMG will also help SPL and SAFF to implement advanced remote production technologies, allowing leading producers to oversee matches across multiple cities on the same day, ensuring that the highest production standards are maintained regardless of location.

What You'll Do:

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to act as the main representative for IMG in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and provide necessary support to the IMG KSA staff.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

Supporting IMG centrally, with company administration relating to the Saudi operations, including, but not limited to:
• Being appointed as General Manager and registered as a company representative on the Commercial Registration of the company.
• Acting as a local representative for IMG, in matters related to bank and company management.
• Managing all payments through the IMG Saudi bank account, including non-IMG payments.
• Help to renew the trade license, and other licenses as required.
• Assisting with administration related to our company office in Riyadh.
• Supporting communications with vendors when there is a clear language barrier.
• Acting as a signatory for IMG Saudi.
• Visiting The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development as requested.
• Managing VP and SVP travel, accommodation and general T&E when visiting KSA, including reconciling expenses.
• Organizing and coordinating schedules, meetings and general appointments for visiting VP and SVP's.
• Supporting the KSA team with general administrative work, including organizing and filing documents, uploading documents to IMG portals, updating centralized databases (including freelance contacts), organizing visas and entry permits.
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Good understanding of KSA employment laws
• Highly developed computer software skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• Tact and diplomatic
• Able to plan and prioritise workload effectively
• Ability to look beyond the day-to-day activities and see the broader picture
• Ability to balance requirements of the clients, suppliers and government entities with needs of the business
• Ability to communicate company vision & values in an inspiring and motivating manner
• Can champion diversity and invest time in collaborating with team members
• Challenge standard process/workflows to meet business needs
