POSITION SUMMARY
As a member of the IT team, the Technical Business Analyst is responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of all the department's projects, as well as the identification and documentation of business requirements. The candidate should be knowledgeable in Project Management best practices, Software Delivery Life Cycle, UI/UX Design, Agile development, and process modeling. This position focuses on project management, business process documentation, and UI design.
JOB DUTIES
• Manages the preparation of project proposals, technical specifications, and writing
• Designs and builds Wireframes and proposes UI and UX
• Assists in the sequencing of projects and phases, and formulation of work plans
• Identifies and translates business requirements into functional and system requirements, reporting, user interface, data formats, operational characteristics, and information flows
• Assists in backlog management according to business priorities, value or ROI, ensuring user stories are clear and concise
• Coordinates related activities for multiple technical projects, including task and milestone tracking, scheduling project meetings, and communication with stakeholders
• Ensures that projects proceed according to approved schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Creates use cases to capture the various ways that the system will be used and develops requirements traceability matrix (RTM) specification documents
• Reviews completed work, performs and documents product testing and requirement validation
• Writes and communicates release notes with business stakeholders
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in a systems related field required
• Minimum 6 years of experience performing Business and Data Analysis
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Project Management
• Solid knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
• Experience in Financial software design and documentation
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Sales (CRM), and Power Apps.
• Strong knowledge of UML Use Cases and Activity Diagrams
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to work with diverse teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to articulate ideas in layman terms
• Detail oriented
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
