We have offices in Los Angeles, New York, Washington DC, and London.

Responsibilities:
• Interface with high profile clients and C-level management with professionalism
• Manage high volume of email and manage information in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate meetings and schedules for two agents
• Take notes and circulate meeting minutes
• Participate in special projects and provide fair script coverage to identify potential brand integrations
• Demonstrate flexibility and strong organizational skills
• Input bookings and track client payments (incoming and outgoing )
• Have the strong ability to multi-task
• Prepare expense reports and producing correspondence
• Have strong interest in Branding Integrations and stay up to date on relevant TV & Film projects
• Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
• Must have a Gmail account to update client spreadsheets and share files with client via Google drive
• Must understand the basics of accounting

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of entertainment and marketing industry experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Desire to learn and develop in the agency environment
• Must be diplomatic, professional and able to articulate clearly
• Must be detail oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through and meet deadlines
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks
• Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information discretely and with diplomacy
• Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment while demonstrating a sense of urgency
• Dependable and proactive
• Able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Ability to work unexpected overtime is required.
