Senior Manager, Client Accounting and Administration (Branding)

Position Summary:

This is a senior management position within the Client Trust Accounting and Administration Department. This position must manage all client based fiscal activities of the following departments:
• Branded
• Podcasts
• Composers

Essential Functions:

Payment Management and Contract Administration
• Review, monitor, analyze, and administer bookings and contracts annually for the above

departments and their clients
• Prepare and/or process client payments
• Verify accuracy of 3rd party payments coming to ICM for handling
• Interact with agents, assistants, and clients and their other representatives on items such as

income reports, reconciling expenses, commissions, third party deductions, payment status and

forecasts
• Manage client accounts payable and receivables and resolve client and commission billing issues
• Communicate status updates on current contractual payments to agent offices
• Maintain accounting histories through electronic database, eAgent, and Excel
• Generate and maintain tracking reports and analysis as requested by department heads and

agents etc.

General Responsibilities
• Be an active collaborative problem solver driven to create solutions and systems to support the needs of

the above departments
• Engage effectively and efficiently with department staff for purposes of financial and client accounting

training and support
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Be able to prioritize projects based upon the needs of the department and company as a whole
• Be able to complete and manage required duties in timely fashion, or effectively communicate to management when unable to complete a required task or duty.

Required Education and Qualification:
• BA/BS degree with a strong academic record. 
• At least five years of accounting/contract administration experience, preferably in Entertainment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong accounting and quantitative skills
• General administration expertise
• Accomplished ability to multi-task and follow through on assignments
• Impeccable attention to detail, excellent organizational, planning, prioritizing and time

management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with colleagues at every level

Preferred Skill:

Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Expert level with Windows/PCs. Knowledge and experience with multi-line office phones.
