Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Description

Position Summary:

ICM is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst with a strong attention to detail. The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for all Accounts Payable administrative functions.

Essential Functions:
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment; including coding invoices, obtaining approval, entering invoices into the accounting system for payment.
- Ensure that all accounts payable policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Electronic payment processing
- Vendor account reconciliation.
- Maintain vendor files.
- Responsible for IRS 1099 compliance and reporting
- Ad hoc expense reporting and analysis

Required Education and Qualification:

Bachelor's degree

3 years of minimum experience in accounts payable

Strong organizational skills

Strong written and communication skills

Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

Experience with an ERP package

Attention to detail, results oriented, multi-tasking, and able to respond to urgent needs and meeting deadlines required

Preferred Skill:

Experience with an ERP package; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
