As part of Disney’s powerful suite of advanced advertising solutions, Hulu is now giving smaller businesses the ability to advertise in a high quality, premium streaming television environment. We recently launched the beta of Hulu Ad Manager, a self-service solution for small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) to activate, manage and track their ad campaigns. For the first time, SMBs have access to a self-service solution that gives them the choice and control to tell their story in Hulu’s premium streaming TV environment. The Hulu Self-Service team works with various cross-functional groups to provide our clients with the platform and support they need to run successful campaigns and grow their business on Hulu’s premium content offering.

As a Self-Service Support Specialist at Hulu, you will report into the Manager of Advanced Operations and work closely with Sales, Advertising Platform, Product, and Viewer Experience teams. This role will lead support for Hulu’s self-service advertisers, provide recommendations for process improvements, and ensure our customers are successful and meet their advertising objectives. The right person for this role is process oriented, able to multi-task and problem solve with outstanding attention to detail, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Provide customer support for Hulu’s self-service advertising tool in conjunction with the viewer experience team
• Troubleshoot platform/performance bugs, reporting errors, and integration with internal and external systems
• Collect business requirements for feature requests and tool improvements to the self-service platform and work with product on new feature rollouts and testing
• Help build training documentation for internal and external use

WHAT TO BRING
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• 2-3 years of digital advertising and online media experience
• 1+ years working in a sales or ad operations support role
• Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels
• Excellent customer service skills, empathy for small businesses, and a desire to help customers succeed
