Hulu’s Self Service Platform Sales team is seeking a Customer Success Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our Addressable Enablement team. As a Customer Success Manager at Hulu, you will be a part of the latest growth engine for the streaming business - our new Self-Service Platform, Hulu Ad Manager. The right person for this role will build a positive experience for clients, bring an entrepreneurial spirit, grow revenue, and ensure client happiness & retention. The role will also be instrumental in building future versions of the platform, with a conduit to Product to influence long-term strategy and roadmap. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Partner w/ Lead Gen team to drive customer activation, retention, and platform revenue. Grow relationships with marketers via Hulu’s Self-Service Ad Platform
• Ensure successful onboarding of small to medium-sized businesses and agencies' campaigns.
• Evaluate metrics and optimize advertiser activation and performance using a data driven approach.
• Facilitate client success via education, evangelizing platform features, and driving platform adoption.
• Churn management - retain and renew through outstanding understanding of client marketing objectives.
• Serve as a platform and product expert: ability to concisely lay out technical vision and requirements for the evolving platform; partner closely with our Product and Business Enablement teams on road-mapping and feature improvements based on customer needs and market feedback.
WHAT TO BRING
• 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management and/or Client Services, with a track record of developing new accounts
• Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal
• Product and technical aptitude with demonstrated experience translating customer needs into platform features & solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skill with ability to build authentic business relationships and deal effectively with relational challenges as they arise
• Self-motivated & organized; can multitask & prioritize
• A strong interest in providing solutions for marketers and growing small businesses
• Cross group collaboration skills and an ability to thrive in start-up like environment with minimal guidance.
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Experience with Ad Tech tools or other scaled advertising approaches
• SaaS experience
