Addressable Account Executive (PMX Agency)
The Addressable Agency Investment team is seeking a solutions-based Account Executive to build strong customer relationships and drive addressable (streaming, digital, social) revenue across the entire Disney portfolio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead transactional sales efforts and exceed addressable/digital revenue goals for a defined list of agencies/accounts
• Collaborate with Category team partners within the Sales organization to drive addressable revenue across the Disney suite of brands
• Leverage creative solutions and advertising innovation to meet customer marketing objectives
• Strategically position Disney value proposition and key selling points including addressable sports, entertainment, and news solutions
• Be able to represent all addressable solutions as part of multi-media capabilities
• Actively pursue and close addressable scatter business
• Act as account lead on all digitally led and data-focused sales efforts and campaigns
• Contribute to a positive culture of inclusion, and uphold the values of Disney Ad Sales
WHAT TO BRING
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5+ years of media sales experience
• Expertise in digital landscape and platforms
• Demonstrated track record of revenue growth & superior client interactions
• Must have established, senior-level relationships with advertising agencies and brands directly
• Proven success in prospecting, cold-calling and pursuing new business
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to sell value not just price
• Ability to multi-task and navigate large complex organizations
• Must be excellent at communication and possesses presentation skills that engage a room and foster continuous dialogue
• Positive, detail oriented, self-starter
• Willingness to travel
