We are looking for a versatile and passionate Senior Producer to join our high-caliber team in Carlsbad, California to assist the team in product development, from concept to release, handling specific areas of product development as directed by the Lead Producer/Production Director.

A Senior Producer in this role will lead the production of one or more development teams across multiple content areas through all phases of development, from concept to submission, and post-release live operations. You will work closely with project leads and directors, other teams, and external partners within Activision's development studios to ensure the very best game is produced in the Call of Duty franchise.

What you'll be doing…
• Lead all aspects of a project (or multiple sections for larger projects) as the primary production point of contact within and outside of High Moon Studios.
• Collaborate with Directors and Leads to establish long term feature schedules, milestone definitions, and goals.
• Identify and proactively eliminate roadblocks and ensure communication occurs between all departments and partners.
• Create documentation of processes and best practices for others to follow and contribute to department's processes and pipelines.
• Coordinate meetings with a clear agenda to help facilitate communication among team members.
• Compile feedback and translate them into concrete goals to improve the product's quality.
• Oversee the creation and management of project schedules and quarterly milestones, and ensure that they are met on time and at quality.
• Work with multiple departments and leads to ensure clear definition, prioritization, and communication of team goals.
• Uses game development knowledge and experience to predict, identify, and propose solutions for project risks.

To succeed you must have…
• 8+ years of proven experience.
• Contributed to shipping 3+ high profile games with at least 1 complete product from concept to submission.
• Familiarity with development on Microsoft Xbox, Sony PlayStation consoles, and/or PC.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to focus on priorities.
• Proven understanding of project scheduling and detailed knowledge of task tracking solutions such as Jira or ShotGrid.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Confluence applications.
• A comfort with broad communications while providing clear instruction and documentation for the team.
• Experience working with external partners and outlining scheduling status updates to project partners.
