Your Mission:
• Professional experience in the IT field required or area of IT
• Strong demonstrated communication skills
• Ability to learn new technologies to serve clients
• Customer-service oriented
• Ability to multi-task and regularly interact with client base
Player Profile:
• Support end users in the maintenance of hardware, software and other systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment like printer, computer and consoles
• Install software for end users
• May participate in the development of new desktops, servers or applications
• May do intranet website updates
• Research unusual bugs or IT issues
Bonus Points:
• VMWare/KVM/Virtualization
• NAS/SAN experience
• Automated Software Deployment
• AD / GPO Administration
• Computer Imaging Experience
• Configuring network switches (Subnetting / VLANs)
